What You'll Do

You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You are responsible for making your store a success. An 8+ week store leadership training program will be provided to prepare you for success. Training & Development

Desired Skills & Experience

High school diploma required Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety: Serve Safe certified ADA Statement

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and reach across counters. Kitchens are hot and noisy; storage space is limited and shelving can be high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have effective verbal communication skills, and adapt to changing priorities and conflicts. Company & Culture

$29.50 per hour - $32.50 per hour
