A respected physician-owned practice established for over 35 years seeks a board-certified Ophthalmologist with expertise in Medical Retina, Glaucoma, or Comprehensive Ophthalmology. Open to full-time or locum tenens arrangements. Position Summary
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, maintain professionalism with staff and patients, and contribute to a collaborative team in a high-volume setting. Salary is competitive for full-time work ($300,000 to $400,000) with performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality medical care to patients, specializing in glaucoma, premium cataract surgery, and medical retina. Collaborate with a team of 5-8 doctors and 40-50 staff (techs, scribes, testers, administrative personnel). Engage in community marketing initiatives to promote the practice’s services. Commit to patient availability by not leaving the office before 5 PM. Stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in ophthalmology. Support a high-volume, cutting-edge practice environment. Qualifications
Board Certified Ophthalmologist. Experience in Medical Retina, Glaucoma, or Comprehensive Ophthalmology. Passion for patient care and a professional demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits & Compensation
