Join Tek Spikes as a Senior Technical Product Manager, where you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative technology products. In this key role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to define product roadmaps and ensure successful product launches that meet the needs of our customers. Your technical expertise combined with your strong product management skills will help define the user experience and maximize product value. Key Responsibilities

Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate customer needs into product requirements and specifications. Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product feedback, ensuring alignment with business goals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Develop clear and compelling product documentation, including user stories, feature descriptions, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews, to ensure productive development cycles. Define metrics for success and continuously monitor product performance against business objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing insights and updates to both internal and external stakeholders. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 9+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products in a software environment. Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer-centered design processes is highly desirable. Preferred Skills

Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud technologies and software development processes. Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!) is advantageous.
