Overview Project Manager

for Corestaff, a Swipejobs LLC company, is sought to support a premier client for a 2.5-month engagement with the possibility of extension. This is a

remote role

beginning

October 15, 2025

and ending

December 31, 2025 .

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in

managing marketing projects within a museum environment . The Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet the client’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

Gather information on assigned projects and create project schedules.

Facilitate stakeholders in determining project audience, goals, and success criteria.

Identify project deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality results.

Monitor and maintain milestone dates, ensuring projects remain on schedule.

Lead roadmap planning, provide progress updates, and conduct retrospectives.

Track progress against priorities and resolve risks related to scope, schedule, and quality.

Lead the project team and coordinate across departments.

Collaborate with stakeholders on strategies and review/approve deliverables.

Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with internal and external colleagues.

Promote and champion the Marketing and Communications team’s work within the museum.

Develop and maintain project tracking reports for leadership visibility.

Review and prioritize new project requests in alignment with marketing goals.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a project manager, with prior experience in a museum setting (required).

Bachelor’s degree in Museum Studies, Project Management, Marketing, or Communications.

PMP Certification preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with processes and best practices in print, electronic, and multimedia communications.

Knowledge of marketing, analytics, and digital platforms.

Ability to explain technical/digital requirements in non-technical terms.

Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
