The Real-Time Settlement Payer Product team focuses on delivering innovative solutions that ensure accurate payment by driving transparency to payer-specific requirements across the Revenue Cycle. The Sr. Product Manager will collaborate to define and drive product strategy and communicate complex concepts with vendors, customers, and management, both verbally and in writing. The role requires a self-motivated, independent work ethic with the ability to educate and assist others, strong organization and prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Locations preferred for this position include Minneapolis, MN; Washington DC; Raleigh, NC; and Nashville, TN. If located in these areas, you will enjoy a hybrid work week with four days in the office collaborating with peers and partners in the product organization. Primary Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional and cross-enterprise teams in the development and execution of the product roadmap, including integration with external data and editing systems Lead product development release planning, manage release dates and other Go-to-Market activities across internal and external stakeholders Optimize internal programs and assets, and partner with key internal stakeholders for alignment and support to bring the roadmap to market Serve as the product subject matter expert to all internal and external stakeholders Partner with UHG leaders/Stakeholders in support of key client activity and strategies Partner with reporting and analytics to establish performance metrics and define requirements Willingness to travel for business up to 10% Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product strategy or delivery teams, responsible for managing or delivering on stakeholder commitments 5+ years of deep healthcare data knowledge and understanding 5+ years of experience interfacing with business leaders and strategic partners to deliver strategic business plans and roadmaps 2+ years of experience leading and influencing cross-matrixed team members and stakeholders, and delivering quantifiable results with large-scale, cross-functional teams Proven best in class collaboration skills, ability to be a team player and flex as needed Preferred Qualifications
Experience with market research and provider facing products Experience in defining and delivering enhancements Experience working with products/capabilities that leverage Advanced Intelligence models Experience with Optum Accelerate process Experience with working in an agile environment Proven solid Project or Program management skillset Proven ability to understand technical concepts or solutions quickly Proven solid understanding of the RCM lifecycle or process Proven ability to lead cross functional discussions and strong presentation skills All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group\'s Telecommuter Policy Salary and benefits: Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. The salary range for this role is $110,200 to $188,800 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (eligibility applies).
