Provide a superior customer service experience to achieve maximum market penetration, drive store growth, and increase sales and profitability Provide daily leadership and create a culture of employee engagement Partner with teammates to drive store initiatives Lead and manage in a fast-paced retail environment Manage store operations to maximize sales, profits, and customer service Build, coach, train and engage the crew to deliver excellent customer care and business results Inventory protection, asset management, and addressing operational and safety issues Maintain overall cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room, and surrounding areas Support NAPA operational and marketing programs and seek continuous process improvements Grow customer relationships and assist with sales/service inquiries to ensure positive experiences in-store and on the phone Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school courses or degree are a plus Experience in the automotive after-market service industry or hobby/DIY, or willingness to learn about automotive products Passion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationships Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems Ability to lift 60 lbs in some situations Background in automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership is a plus Experience in a parts store, auto body/collision, or related retail/management roles is a plus Customer-centric approach ASE Certifications or NAPA Know How are a plus Benefits
