Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center at Northborough is seeking a Director of Nursing Services to lead and oversee all nursing operations within the skilled nursing community, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in developing strategic nursing initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and staff performance.

Qualifications
Knowledge of state and federal regulations and JCAHO LTC standards. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Minimum three years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a facility of comparable size and complexity is preferred. RN license in good standing in Massachusetts. Demonstrates evidence of meeting baseline proficiency in the following competencies: Interpersonal Understanding; Patient Care and Service Focus. Understands principles of growth and development for the entire lifespan with the ability to provide care appropriate for patients as appropriate to the patient population of Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center.
