Ezra Home Care, LLC
Overview
Ezra Home Care ("Ezra" means “help” in Hebrew) has been trusted since 2008 to deliver concierge-level, private home care throughout Greater Boston. Families turn to us for reliable, compassionate, and culturally sensitive support. As we expand, we’re seeking a Business Development Specialist who can open doors, deepen relationships, and fuel Ezra’s next stage of growth. Why This Role Matters: This is more than a sales position. It’s a chance to represent a company with a strong reputation and a meaningful mission — helping older adults live independently and with dignity at home. You’ll be Ezra’s face in the community, connecting with hospitals, rehabs, elder law attorneys, wealth managers, and other professionals who influence families’ care decisions. What You’ll Do
Build and sustain referral relationships across healthcare, legal, financial, and community networks. Identify and secure new clients through proactive outreach, presentations, and community visibility. Represent Ezra at networking events and professional gatherings. Track, report, and analyze referral pipelines and new client growth. Collaborate closely with leadership to execute growth strategies. What We’re Looking For
A hunter’s mindset — proven ability to generate new business and win referrals. Track record of success in healthcare business development, senior living, or related sales. Existing network in the Greater Boston healthcare/senior services ecosystem strongly preferred. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to foster meaningful relationships across diverse professionals and families. Working knowledge of CRM systems; HubSpot, WellSky, and Google Workspace experience a plus. Self-starter, detail-oriented, and motivated by both results and impact. Compensation & Rewards
Competitive base salary plus commissions, bonuses, and cash kickers. On-target earnings:
