Now Hiring : Maintenance Repairer / Technician The Housing Authority of Jackson County (HAJC) is hiring a full-time Maintenance Repairer / Technician. You\'ll perform hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance on-site across our residential properties. This includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and appliance repair. Responsibilities

Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies Perform inspections and general building repairs Maintain clean, safe housing environments Qualifications

2 years of experience in general building maintenance or skilled trades Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Valid Oregon driver\'s license Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks Benefits
