Overview
Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr General Manager - Key Responsibilities (include, but not limited to): Lead hiring, onboarding, and training for all Front of House staff. Be a visible leader on the floor, ensuring service and guest experience meet standards. Oversee scheduling, labor budgets, payroll, and cost control to align with P&L goals. Collaborate with PR/marketing on social media, promotions, and positioning campaigns. Maintain FOH standards: uniforms, service execution, cocktails, music, lighting, and reservations. Motivate, direct, and hold FOH team accountable; enforce policies and performance expectations. Partner with the Executive Chef to align FOH/BOH operations, labor, and quality. Chair weekly manager and event meetings; review daily walk-throughs and safety standards. Monitor and manage restaurant maintenance, R&M, and overall cleanliness. Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion consistency through daily tastings. Oversee event execution, ensuring BEOs, setups, and service exceed expectations. Experience
5 years of experience as a General Manager or in an Executive role in a restaurant operation. Prior experience in customer service. Excellent phone skills and communication skills. Must be a team player. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Notes
