to lead
Cell Engineering, Process Sciences, Analytical Development, and Formulation Development . This executive role drives strategy, innovation, and execution across antibody drug development, manufacturing, and commercialization. What You’ll Be Doing
Direct technical operations across cell engineering, process sciences, GMP manufacturing, and CMC strategy Oversee development and commercialization activities, budgets, and resource allocation Serve as a regulatory and scientific thought leader with agencies and global partners Drive innovation in biologics processes, accelerating antibody and bispecific programs Build, mentor, and grow a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and scientific excellence About You
Ph.D. in a scientific field with 15+ years in biologics drug development Proven leadership in antibody/bispecific development, GMP manufacturing, and CMC strategy Deep expertise across upstream, downstream, analytical, and formulation sciences Demonstrated success managing large cross-functional teams and budgets Strong knowledge of IND, IMPD, BLA, and MAA submissions How To Apply
