Overview
General Otolaryngologist role at HealthPartners in the Twin Cities Metro and the MN/WI St. Croix Valley. Being part of our team offers an impact on patient care and the opportunity to practice within the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification/board eligibility in Otolaryngology.
Responsibilities
Provide otolaryngology services at metro locations and Stillwater, MN, and Western Wisconsin locations (Hudson, Amery, and New Richmond).
Collaborate with a staff of 12 generalists and specialists in otolaryngology, pediatric otolaryngology, otology/neurotology, and facial/plastic reconstructive surgery, supported by physician assistants and audiologists.
Practice the full spectrum of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
Serve as a primary teaching site for the University of Minnesota’s otolaryngology residency program.
Engage in a collegial, patient-centered practice environment with shared call coverage at Regions Hospital, HealthPartners Level 1 trauma center in St. Paul.
New graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology.

Pay Pay Range: $413,210.00 Minimum – $653,152.00 Maximum (based on 1.0 FTE); compensation may reflect education, experience, location, and other factors. After the salary guarantee period, compensation is based on work RVU productivity.
