Responsible for the day to day activities of the ABCP Conduit Management desk in Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Securities Corp. Work with the FI Solutions & Securitised Products team to develop Intesa Sanpaolo’s securitisation offering in North America. Responsible for the activities undertaken by the ABCP Conduit Management team in NY. Responsible for the Administrative Agent role of Romulus Funding. Ensure the daily obligations of the ISP sponsored ABCP Conduit, Romulus Funding Corp. (Romulus), are met. Sourcing, structuring and arranging ABS and ABL transactions for placement to market or funding through Romulus. Manage the selection, due diligence and execution of new lending facilities in coordination with Securitisation Structuring in HO/Milan and origination teams (NY, London and Milan). Interface with internal departments (Administration, Finance, Audit, Risk Management, Operations, Compliance) across Milan, London and New York to provide information and address regulatory, accounting or operational issues related to Romulus activities. Interface with third parties related to the conduit platform (directors, corporate servicers, custodian, IPA, cash manager). Interface with Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s Investor Services for the execution of new transactions funded via Romulus / Duomo and for ongoing monitoring to maintain the conduit’s current rating. Required Experience At least 10 years of experience Competencies
Strong time management skills and ability to identify priorities to meet deadlines. Ability to follow and comment on complex legal documents and structures. Italian speaker – beneficial but not required. Strong IT / computing skills. Experience of working within Securitisation / ABS Structuring. Experience of working on / with an ABCP program. Strong understanding of current industry standards and the regulatory and legal landscape. Salary
