Lead a team of developers, analysts, quality assurance, and architects; provide direction, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment Allocate team resources effectively to optimize productivity Collaborate with product owners, project managers, scrum masters, and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines Resolve complex technical challenges and guide team members Develop and implement plans, objectives, and initiatives to meet organizational goals Uphold software development standards and quality assurance processes to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions Oversee code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain software quality Ensure thorough technical documentation including design specifications, code documentation, and deployment guides Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices Act as the primary liaison between development teams and senior management Manage development budgets and resource allocation Identify and address operational issues, driving continuous improvement What You Should Have
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in software engineering and design, including 3+ years leading or managing application development teams Hands-on cloud experience with Microsoft Azure Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET, C#, and application architecture including Service Bus and Web Services Experience with SQL development and optimization Experience with customer relationship management systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams and business users Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities Proficiency with issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Understanding of cybersecurity best practices Experience managing large-scale application deployments in complex environments Multifamily experience is a plus Travel may be required to collaborate with teams What We Offer

$150,000 to $170,000 annually. Final base compensation depends on location and experience. Total Direct Compensation:
Eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation. Benefits:
