We also have in-house imaging and clinical lab services. We focus on preventing diseases and helping patients and communities stay well. Required Qualifications Unrestricted licensure in Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start BC/BE in Family Medicine Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target; actual range and pay mix of base and bonus varies with experience and metrics.
