A confidential, vertically integrated global Food & Beverage company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead worldwide operations. This fast-growing organization operates across 20+ countries with a diverse scope including trade, importation, manufacturing, distribution, equipment, service, and repair. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role ideal for an operations executive with global experience who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. Responsibilities

Lead and unify global operations: trade, importation, manufacturing, distribution, equipment, service, and repair Set and execute operational strategy aligned with growth and profitability goals Oversee supply chain, procurement, production planning, quality, inventory, and multi-country logistics Implement and optimize ERP, CRM, and financial systems for scalability Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to deliver actionable operations plans Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) to boost efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance customer satisfaction Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and corrective actions Lead change management across systems, processes, and organizational design Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and quality standards What You Bring

10–15+ years of operations leadership with measurable results (cost, productivity, scale) Experience implementing ERP/CRM/financial systems and using data to drive strategy International/global operations background (trade, import/export, distribution) Industry experience in Food, Coffee, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) strongly preferred Strong leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability skills Master’s degree preferred; willingness to travel internationally What We Offer
