The Workplace Experience Manager plays a key role in ensuring the office environment is welcoming, professional, and efficient for all staff and visitors. You will be on-site and responsible for smooth daily operations, with a focus on supporting company culture initiatives. Responsibilities include: Manage daily office operations and vendor relationships (food & beverage programs, office supplies, space management). Coordinate events and culture initiatives; support onboarding and front desk operations. Maintain safety, organization, and an excellent employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, service-minded, and eager to foster a positive workplace culture. About The Role

As Workplace Experience Manager, you\'ll oversee the daily operations that keep our office running smoothly and ensure a welcoming, productive environment for employees and visitors. You\'ll support onboarding, front desk operations, and space management while keeping safety in mind. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks, coordinating with vendors, and executing culture initiatives on-site. Who You Are

2+ years of experience in workplace or facilities management, office administration, hospitality, or related roles. Strong organizational and communication skills; proactive with high attention to detail. Experience managing vendors and building professional relationships. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and resolve issues independently. On-site availability Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with occasional flexibility for events. Familiarity with workplace safety and emergency procedures. Experience supporting events, onboarding, and office culture initiatives is highly valued. Wondering if you\'re a good fit?

The posted salary range is a typical compensation range for this role. Actual compensation is determined by market rate, qualifications, experience, interview performance, and location.
