to lead the development of its next-generation machine learning foundation. This role is central to building production-grade models that drive personalization, forecasting, and customer experience across eCommerce. Role Scope:
Architect and optimize Redshift data models and pipelines Build and automate Azure ML training and inference workflows Define and implement MLOps foundations: CI/CD, model registry, monitoring Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Marketing, and Product Author solution designs, mentor engineers, and ensure responsible AI practices Required Experience:
7–10+ years in data/ML architecture (B2C or eCommerce) Expert-level SQL and Redshift performance tuning Hands-on Azure ML, ADF; familiarity with AKS/Functions Strong MLOps foundations (experiments, CI/CD, monitoring) Preferred Skills:
Retail/eComm ML use cases (CLV, recommendations, forecasting) Streaming (Kafka/Kinesis), identity resolution EEO Statement:
