$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

As the Wilson Retail Store Manager, you are the head coach in your store. You will leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to drive the success of your business, elevate and develop your team, and deliver an exceptional community experience. You are responsible for achieving the sales plan and store profitability through strategic vision, scheduling, and coaching of your team. You embody Wilson’s core values and champion the Athlete Advisor mindset, serving your team and community. Responsibilities Consistently maintain a fully staffed team through proactive recruiting, hiring, and training.
Identify and develop talent for your internal pipeline.
Manage team performance through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability.
Drive traffic and brand love through community outreach and local market understanding.
Lead impactful visual merchandising in partnership with the US Visual Merchandising Manager.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving and processing procedures in partnership with the Retail Operations team.
Schedule floor coverage to ensure an optimal athlete experience.
Use KPIs to analyze and drive the business, deliver weekly and quarterly reviews, and create growth strategies.
What We’re Looking For
This role requires three to five years of retail leadership experience, including fashion or sportswear retail, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships within the tennis community. A passion for sport is a plus. Other Qualifications Include Proven ability to develop leaders and engage with their development goals.
Intrinsic motivation to drive for success daily.
Ability to set a clear vision, align the team, and foster commitment to objectives.
Commitment to delivering an exceptional consumer experience.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

What We’ll Provide
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is
$70,000 - $75,000 per year
at the time of this posting. Within the range, pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, education, and training. The range reflects base pay and does not include our bonus program.
