Executive Director
is responsible for the overall success, fiscal stability and regulatory compliance of the community. The Executive Director is expected to maintain high service standards and meet or exceed the operational and financial goals of Presbyterian Senior Living. This role is responsible for the overall satisfaction of residents and team members. The Executive Director promotes our values everyday...Fostering Teamwork - Upholding Integrity - Embracing Innovation - Leading with Compassion. Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) licensure required Five years’ experience as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) required Three years’ CCRC senior leader experience required Bachelor\'s degree required Three years’ experience as Executive Director preferred Responsibilities and Expectations
Meeting or exceeding occupancy and mix goals. Oversight of all community activities. Act as a catalyst for quality improvement. Establish and maintain high service standards to provide a quality environment for residents and team members. Cultivate positive relationships and remain available to all residents and team members. Perform daily rounding on residents and team members. Perform or oversee evaluation process for all department managers. Act as liaison to outside entities or agencies. Participate in external events and develop a strong network to promote the community in the local area. Manage the annual budget process and maintain fiscal health. Collaborate with Administrative Team to develop and implement annual marketing plan. Procure appropriate supplies to meet compliance guidelines; includes contracted team members. Build and maintain strong relationship with Medical Director and other outside consultants. Maintain in-service and regulatory calendar to ensure all annual requirements are met and maintained. Remain compliant with all federal, state, local and corporate regulations.
