Lead Web Experience Manager at Citrix. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, design, and technology and is responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization of Citrix.com and global web properties. Location: Preferred location is South Florida, but open to remote US. Position Summary
As the Lead Web Experience Manager, you will be the driving force behind the content, optimization, and overall strategy for Citrix.com. Your primary focus will be on architecting a seamless and engaging user journey that drives key business objectives, primarily focused on customer engagement and expanding our relationship with existing accounts. You will design, develop, and deploy new messaging across all digital touch points, serving as the bridge between creative concepts and final execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of modern web standards, a keen eye for design, and a passion for data-driven results. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term strategic roadmap for Citrix.com, focusing on UX, performance, content delivery, and design aesthetics. Lead hands-on design and development of all new landing pages and web experiences from wireframe to responsive code. Champion a user-centric approach using analytics, user testing, and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities across the site. Collaborate with marketing leadership and product teams to align website goals with broader objectives, product launches, and strategic initiatives. Lead A/B and multivariate testing to deepen engagement and product adoption. Act as central point of contact for all web-related projects; manage intake, prioritization, and execution across internal teams. Partner with content teams, brand strategists, and product managers to flesh out campaigns and messaging, then own creative and technical execution. Work with IT and back-end teams to ensure the site is technically sound, scalable, and secure. Translate business requirements and creative briefs into functional, high-quality web pages. Own the web analytics strategy using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Hotjar; develop dashboards and actionable reports for stakeholders. Transform complex data into stories to guide strategic decisions and improvements. Develop and implement content strategies and SEO excellence, including AI-driven search paradigms and voice search; manage relationships with SEO agency partners. Ensure CMS is leveraged effectively for efficient updates and dynamic personalization. Stay at the forefront of emerging web technologies and digital marketing best practices. Qualifications & Skills
8+ years of progressive experience in web management, digital experience, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS. Proven track record of developing and executing web strategies with measurable improvements in UX and business metrics. Experience managing large-scale websites and leading cross-functional projects. Advanced design and UX/UI sensibility; portfolio showing hands-on design and builds. Expert front-end development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and CMS experience (enterprise systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore). Data and analytics proficiency with web analytics and A/B testing tools; SEO tools a plus. Strong project management skills with familiarity in Jira, Trello, or Asana. Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Compensation & Benefits
