Title: Technical Program Management Senior Director Location: San Francisco, CA At Salesforce, Technical Program Managers (TPMs) are pivotal in steering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. As the Sr. Director TPM working on the Hyperforce Trust Platform, you will spearhead the strategic evolution of Hyperforce everywhere, including networking and connectivity services, security, and scalability, across all operating zones and all customers. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you will partner with senior leadership to translate vision into reality, driving cross-functional planning and execution. Experience with large-scale infrastructure programs, Network security, Data Security, Identity and access management is highly desirable. You will champion executing and delivering a consistent developer, operator and user experience across all substrates while maintaining the highest standards of security, privacy, availability, data residency, compliance and scalability that Hyperforce offers. We are looking for a proven TPM, an infrastructure expert, a proactive problem solver, and a change agent who thrives on tackling complex challenges. Take ownership and accountability of technical program planning and delivery for programs in Identity and Access, Data Security, Network Security, Technical Resilience, using demonstrated strong analytical and technical skills. Drive major uplifts in infrastructure across services such as Compute, Storage, Networking, and Identity. Develop trusted relationships with key technology and functional stakeholders to drive focus on the strategic program objectives and optimize delivery. This includes supporting and holding resources accountable for their responsibilities within the program. Utilize agile methodologies and product development lifecycle to successfully partner with product and engineering organizations. Collaborate with senior managers and engineers to architect and develop the best technical and operational design and approach, delivering value quickly to customers. Initiate programs and create alignment on program planning. Bring teams together to define the business objectives, program structures, and cross-functional support necessary to succeed. Translate business objectives into execution strategy (tactical and strategic), lead and successfully execute the strategy through strong collaboration and agile leadership. Lead regular review meetings with key stakeholders. Provide transparent updates, help drive key decisions, pro-actively remove obstacles, manage dependencies across teams, identify risks and address key program issues. Provide regular visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) through status reporting to all stakeholders. Ensure data is collected to appropriately inform decision-making for mitigating risks and resolving issues. Utilize internal tools and an agile mindset to create a collaborative environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation, and learning; promotes continuous improvement. Drive for clarity to keep teams moving forward, ensure business objectives are met and each program delivers on its commitments. Pursue continuous growth through professional development and proactively seeking and adopting constructive feedback. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience in technical leadership. Advanced management degrees preferred. 10+ years of recent experience leading large-scale, complex infrastructure programs with proven impactful business outcomes. Establish and maintain strong credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical experts, and cross-functional team members. Demonstrate exceptional executive communication and presentation skills. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a history of detailed, hands-on technical work. Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical subjects relevant to the program. Deeply understand the software development lifecycle and apply agile methodologies effectively in dynamic environments. Utilize professional, repeatable methodologies for program initiation, work breakdown, scheduling, reporting, risk, and change management. Excel in organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills within a cross-functional, matrix management environment. Effectively collaborate across company functions and time zones, showcasing strong time management, analytical, and planning skills. Preferred Qualifications
