About the Role
This position is part of the Product Management arm of the Business Systems & Analytics team supporting the CFO organization. The goal of the Business Systems team is to deliver large-scale technology programs that increase the ROI of Verkada’s business systems and improve the overall value and performance of the organization. We aim to make systems and processes more efficient, reduce manual, low-value work, and enable the company to run better, make better decisions, and be more profitable. What You\'ll Do
Identify and collaborate with leaders across FLOPS (Finance, Legal, Operations, People and Supply Chain) and others to solve key business challenges by implementing best-practice solutions that may include process change, configuration, and/or customization. Work with FLOPS engineers and stakeholders to design, build, and implement engineering solutions as they pertain to FLOPS deliverables. Help enhance and maintain our internal e-commerce platform, Verkada Store, which enables customers to manage their deal cycle with Verkada. Facilitate and lead cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, identify functional scope, and drive meaningful change even when facing unspoken or conflicting requirements. Prepare and review documentation for current processes, pain points, and assumptions for business systems and identify opportunities to streamline workflows across our business systems and tools. Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards to improve user experience and ensure long-term scalability. What You Bring
Bachelor\'s degree in MIS, CS, Finance or other technical/analytical fields. Minimum 2 years of relevant business experience. Basic understanding of UI/UX tools and flowchart tools (e.g., Figma, Lucidchart). Experience designing and supporting integrations between business systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, 3PLs, expense systems, etc. Understanding of key financial business processes. Work ethic: takes ownership and collaborates effectively; able to delegate when appropriate. Ability to handle ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Annual Pay Range At Verkada, compensation reflects factors such as location, skills, and experience, and may include additional forms of compensation such as incentives and RSUs.
