What You Will Do
Design, develop, integrate, and test highly complex secure processing solutions across all products in the portfolio.
Plan and execute environmental test objectives
Manage lab equipment and expansion across labs with multiple security classification levels
Work with the Material Program Manager (MPM) to manage vendors and suppliers to ensure necessary material is procured in a timely manner to meet program objectives
Support the training and growth of the SE team on the product line and ensure best practices are adhered to
Collaborate with the Chief Engineer, Architect, Technical Director and Business Development on new business pursuits
Work within a multi-disciplinary team with team members and customers
Work within government and company guidelines to ensure compliant and cutting-edge solutions for current and future capabilities

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
Typically requires 10 years or more of professional relevant experience
Advanced experience with system security concepts and designs
Advanced experience with secure system verification and validation activities adhere to security Technical Implementation Guide (TIG)
Advanced experience working in multi-disciplinary teams with other team members and customers
Strong communication skills, experience presenting technical data to program management and executive leadership
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Strong experience with managing vendors and subcontracts through design, implementation, and test activities
Strong experience supporting development projects from concept through implementation and integration
Strong hands-on systems integration experience
Strong experience with DevSecOps and MBSE
Experience with integrating software and firmware on FPGAs and SOCs
Experience with bid and proposal work
Familiar with TCP and UDP Ethernet protocols
Familiar with ASIC design
Familiar with 3U SOSA/MOSA standards
