We’re looking for a curious and results-oriented
Data Analyst
with hands-on experience in A/B testing to join our analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, enjoys uncovering actionable insights, and is passionate about improving customer experiences through data. Key Responsibilities
Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate product features, user behavior, and business strategies. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define hypotheses and testing frameworks. Analyze test results using statistical methods and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and experiment outcomes. Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python. Identify trends and patterns across customer cohorts to inform long-term strategy. Ensure statistical rigor and isolate variables to determine true impact. Advocate for a culture of experimentation and continuous learning. Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on A/B testing and experimentation. Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data manipulation and statistical analysis. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). Solid understanding of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and cohort analysis. Strong communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or subscription-based business models. Familiarity with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel). Exposure to customer segmentation, churn analysis, and lifetime value modeling. Comfortable working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
