Position Highlights
100% Urogynecology practice
No hospital call requirement
Dedicated Women’s Center floor with exam rooms and a surgical suite available for minor procedures
Robust in-house diagnostic testing facility
Office-based with traditional ASC and hospital venues accessible
Full complement of support teams to assist with patient care
Urodynamics, special testing, and robotics available
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive women’s health services through office care and inpatient/outpatient surgical procedures
Monday–Friday clinic/office schedule with rounding time built into the schedule
Full scope UroGYN practice with major and minor procedures including minimally invasive surgeries with robotics
Qualifications
Completion of Urogynecology or Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship
Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery board certified or board eligible
Active and unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or ability to obtain prior to start
Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is $278,500 to $484,500 annually based on full-time employment. This range represents total cash compensation at target. The actual base salary and bonus mix varies by experience, metrics, and eligibility. Pay is determined by factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all applicable minimum wage laws. In addition to salary, UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution, subject to eligibility requirements.
