Review AI-generated analyses of LBOs, IPO pricing, and M&A valuations. Evaluate model performance on live-deal inspired case studies. Develop scoring rubrics and benchmarks that reflect real transaction dynamics. Collaborate with a global team of quant researchers, economists, and fellow IB specialists. What We’re Looking For
2+ years of Investment Banking experience (M&A, IPOs, restructuring, or capital raising). Proven track record in deal modeling, valuations, or transaction advisory. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk, and capital structure. Preferred: CFA (any level), CA/CPA, or MBA in Finance. Engagement: Advisory consulting (approximately 10–30 hrs/week). Location: Fully remote — work anywhere, anytime. Duration: Initial 1-month pilot, with potential for multi-month projects. Compensation: $100/hr+ consulting rate. About Turing
