Overview
We are seeking a Senior Director of Product to lead product management and architecture across Harver’s three platforms (Harver, Pymetrics, Checkster). This leader will translate the CPO’s long-term vision into clear quarterly product priorities, ensuring that the roadmap aligns to customer needs and business objectives. The Senior Director will act as the operational bridge between global customer-facing teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance) and our Amsterdam-based R&D teams, owning day-to-day product execution, roadmap delivery, and monetization strategy. This role is firmly embedded in Product, but requires strong commercial acumen and a hands-on leadership style to ensure Harver builds the right products, with the right priorities, at the right time. Translate annual product strategy (set by the CPO) into quarterly priorities across the three platforms. Ensure execution is predictable, outcomes are measurable, and delivery is aligned to customer and business needs. Cross-Functional Alignment
Serve as the bridge between R&D (Amsterdam) and GTM functions (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance). Create structured feedback loops that ensure customer insights shape product decisions. Product Monetization (Pricing & Packaging)
Lead Harver’s pricing and packaging execution, in close partnership with Finance, RevOps, and Sales. Recommend, test, and implement monetization models to improve ARR, NRR, and win rates. Customer Engagement & Feedback
Join customer calls, review win/loss analyses, and ensure product teams are informed by real-world customer needs. Represent “voice of the customer” within the product team. Team Leadership & Development
Manage and mentor a global team of PMs and a Product Architect. Build a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure R&D teams are empowered to focus on discovery and delivery excellence. Execution & Decision-Making
Make confident trade-off calls with limited data, ensuring clarity and focus for teams. Provide operational leadership so the CPO can remain focused on vision, board-level alignment, and industry leadership. Delivering aligned quarterly roadmaps → strategy translated into action, on time and on solving the client/user need. Success Metrics
Retention & Growth – Improvements in GDR/NDR (net and gross dollar retention). Customer Satisfaction – Higher NPS of Product from client surveys. Client Penetration – Growth in market share within existing clients (measured by % of jobs served). Discovery Accuracy – well discovered and delivered capabilities that solve identified problems for users. Cross-Functional Alignment – Stronger GTM/R&D collaboration, measured by fewer escalations and faster cycle times. Monetization Impact – Tangible ARR/NRR uplift driven by pricing/packaging improvements. Org Health – A high-performing, engaged PM team (measured by retention, performance, and leadership growth). Travel And Collaboration Expectations
Global Collaboration – Regular engagement with:GTM teams (US & Europe), Product/R&D teams (Amsterdam), Customers (US & Europe). Travel – Minimum quarterly travel to Amsterdam (4–8 trips per year, ~6 weeks total annually). Working Hours – Adjusted schedule to ensure daily overlap with Amsterdam (start early in Atlanta, +/- 1 hour). We’re Looking For People Who Have
