This is an exceptional opportunity to practice alongside an established Orthopedic Surgeon, contributing to a collegial and multidisciplinary care environment committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered medicine. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive orthopedic spine care to patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Perform a mix of clinic and operating room duties. Participate in shared spine call responsibilities, approximately 1 week per month. Collaborate effectively with your surgical partner, advanced practice providers, and support staff. Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, working alongside other specialists. Ideal Candidate
Exceptional Surgical Skills: Proven expertise and a strong track record in orthopedic spine surgery. Guaranteed Starting Salary with a wRVU compensation model following the guarantee period. Comprehensive Benefits Package including health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, time off, and retirement plans with employer match.
