Overview

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the U.S. Project Management Office, overseeing day-to-day operations and team performance. Drive results in achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual capital equipment revenue and profitability targets. Define and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for project execution in alignment with global standards. Assign and oversee project managers, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and adherence to customer requirements. Conduct financial forecasting, risk assessment, and budget analysis for regional projects, reporting results to executive leadership. Lead monthly financial reviews with the Finance Team and Service Operations leadership to ensure governance and transparency. Visit customer sites, ensuring project execution aligns with safety, quality, and performance expectations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in project management or technical management within industrial manufacturing; strong preference for food processing equipment and installation. Experience managing engineering, project management, or manufacturing teams for OEM capital equipment providers. Strong financial and budget management skills with proven ability to meet revenue and profitability targets. Familiarity with AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and ERP systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, general arrangements, P&IDs, schematics, and plant layouts. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels. Willingness to travel 20% and work within poultry processing facilities while adhering to PPE and safety requirements. Seniority level
