Overview
Director of Physical Therapy to lead one of our fastest-growing outpatient practices in New Hampshire. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines clinical care with business ownership, offering the opportunity to shape the future of the clinic while sharing directly in its success. We are a healthcare organization with a strong presence across New Hampshire, operating multiple rehab sites and partnering with urgent care centers, primary care groups, and surgery centers. Our patient-centered approach emphasizes individualized care and 45-minute visits. Role Overview
The Director of Physical Therapy will serve as both a clinical leader and business manager, responsible for providing outstanding patient care while also overseeing operations, staffing, and growth. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and mentorship for the clinical team Lead and manage a team of 4 FTEs (PTAs, PTs, Office Manager, and float staff) Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily clinic operations Manage budgets and financial performance Drive marketing and community engagement to expand patient volume Develop strategies to grow and scale the practice Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and patient-first care Ideal Candidate
Licensed Physical Therapist with proven clinical excellence Prior leadership or management experience in a clinic or multi-site setting Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen Skilled communicator with a passion for building patient and community relationships Ambitious and motivated to take ownership of clinic growth and success Qualifications
