[Insert application deadline or 'Open until filled'] MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hematology/Oncology physician to help grow a newly established practice in Lancaster, SC. Physicians in this clinical practice will work to coordinate patient care and manage the treatment of cancer diagnoses in collaboration with providers in MUSC's Division of Hematology & Oncology, located at Hollings Cancer Center (HCC), in Charleston, SC. We are seeking a passionate physician confident in managing cancer diagnoses following National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines. Our community-based practice uses a streamlined, multidisciplinary approach to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in Lancaster and surrounding communities. Candidates must be BC/BE in Medical Hematology/Oncology One location: MUSC Health - Lancaster Medical Center Brand new oncology clinic within infusion suite Call coverage through network of MUSC physicians (patient calls only; no urgent consults after hours) Epic EMR On-site Lab and Pharmacy We offer: Supportive leadership and collegial medical staff Community-based practice with collaboration from MUSC Service area population of approximately 150,000 Opportunity to establish local clinical trial offerings in collaboration with Hollings Cancer Center Planned addition of an APP to support the new Hematology/Oncology physician Competitive compensation Generous PTO Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility Personalized student debt review and repayment services Occurrence malpractice coverage Employer-funded retirement plan $5,000 CME allowance + 5 days off Opportunity to apply for affiliate faculty appointment, if desired MUSC Health - Lancaster Medical Center is a 225-bed, all-private room facility with over 1,000 physicians and care team members.
