$170,000 – $350,000 base + benefits

What You Will Do
Contribute across the full stack, building both backend and frontend features.
Conduct user interviews and translate insights into product direction.
Prototype and iterate on new product features, from rough ideas to production-ready code.
Collaborate with design, research, and product teams to deliver seamless experiences.
Ship code across diverse interfaces (web, CLI, IDE, etc.).
Exercise judgment on technical tradeoffs and product priorities in ambiguous environments.
Ideal Candidate Background

Strong software engineering skills with proficiency in React/TypeScript and Python.
Motivated by solving real problems for real users, with excellent product intuition.
Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and independently driving initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
Entrepreneurial mindset — prior experience as a founder, early employee, or with ownership of major product initiatives is highly valued.
Preferred
Experience at high-bar engineering cultures (e.g., developer tool companies, AI-first startups, or research labs).
Contributions to open-source or impactful side projects.
Prior exposure to user research, prototyping, and rapid iteration.
Academic or applied research background in CS, AI, or related fields.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary range of $170,000–$350,000, based on experience and impact.
