This role supports the GTM Innovation team in consolidating the demo platform across Communications and Segment, including frontend and backend code for presales/templatized demos and configurable demo environments. You will work with the Senior Manager, Demo Platform Engineering and partner with Enterprise Architects and Solution Acceleration Architects to drive innovation in productizing and elevating the demo experience to drive cross-sell and multiproduct adoption across the business. Responsibilities

Build comprehensive web applications and product demos that solve business use cases for Solutions Engineers to leverage in customer facing calls. Demos may include Twilio communication APIs, customer websites and applications, Segment CDP, Flex, and other pre-GA capabilities. Build and maintain Twilio’s demo platform, demo environments, and demo tooling, including integrations with other partner technology. Develop visually appealing, interactive demo environments using a range of tools, enabling self-service demos that highlight delightful user experiences. Stay current with product updates to incorporate them into demo environments to showcase latest features and improvements. Apply first principles thinking to reimagine how Twilio’s products can be built and demonstrated, bringing ideas to life. Gather feedback from end users and use insights to continuously enhance demo content and delivery. Qualifications

Required: 5+ years of software development experience with strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web frameworks, and integrating SaaS platforms. Experience communicating complex technical concepts to crossfunctional stakeholders. Working knowledge of architecting and building applications using latest technologies including MCP and frameworks such as Langchain. Experience developing and deploying full stack web applications with a focus on intuitive user interfaces and seamless UX. Creative problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering projects under tight deadlines and incomplete information. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with cloud concepts and platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, AWS is a plus. Familiarity with CPaaS API space, Twilio APIs, and prior CPaaS coding experience is a plus. Experience with React, Next.js or similar frameworks. Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases and database management. Interest in building AI-native applications and staying informed about new trends, technologies, and frameworks. Location

This role will be remote and based in the USA. Travel

Note: This role is open to candidates outside certain states. The following pay ranges apply based on location. Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C.: $167,800.00 - $209,700.00. New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside the SF Bay area): $177,700.00 - $222,100.00. San Francisco Bay Area, California: $197,400.00 - $246,700.00. This role may be eligible for Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles typically include health care, 401(k), paid time off, and parental leave.
