Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial, and be licensed to practice in New York The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, retail and/or insurance defense Benefits
