Base pay range $83,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr

The Opportunity That Awaits You As we continue to grow and streamline our manufacturing operations, PROCEPT now needs to hire an Associate Robotics and Automation Engineer who can bring hands-on expertise to develop new automation equipment, improve current designs and equipment documentation, manage automation projects, and perform technology audits.
Join us as an Associate Robotics and Automation Engineer and be at the forefront of introducing new technologies to the manufacturing environment. Your mission is to work with robotics and automation for manufacturing assemblies, driving innovations that make a difference in healthcare.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve
Robotics Design:
Apply experience in mechanical design (ideally in manufacturing applications) to develop new automated equipment and upgrades/improvements to current equipment, with ergonomics, reliability, and production scale in mind.
Team problem solving:
Assess unusual circumstances using analytical techniques, identify root causes, and apply problem-solving methodologies to resolve issues.
Creativity and Innovation:
Resolve a wide range of issues creatively and propose innovative solutions.
The Qualifications We Need You to Possess
BS/MS in an Engineering discipline such as mechanical or electrical engineering with some internship experience
Basic experience with mechanical drawings and 3D modeling
Basic understanding of robotic programming
Ability to develop and write a test protocol
Ability to write a lab report
Basic understanding of root cause analysis to troubleshoot basic mechanical assemblies and manufacturing processes
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheets
Basic understanding of manufacturing principles

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY PROCEPT is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range shown represents a base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation is based on factors including skills, depth of experience, certifications, training, and location. The total compensation package may include annual performance bonuses, equity, and the benefits listed above.
WORK ENVIRONMENT We provide training for and expect adherence to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System and QEH policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
This position also includes a 10% bonus and RSUs at offer!
