We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our West Coast Sales team. This individual will drive revenue growth, cultivate high-level client relationships, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier brand and agency relationships
Drive new business opportunities while expanding existing client partnerships
Build and grow relationships across Tech, Retail, Gaming, and QSR verticals, positioning Vevo's premium music video content as a cultural and strategic advertising solution
Travel throughout the West Coast, with a focus on the Pacific Northwest (approximately 12x per month)
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to execute best-in-class campaigns
Mentor and support junior team members, helping foster professional growth
Maintain a strong understanding of media trends, competitive landscape, and client categories
Negotiate pricing and deal terms that align with client goals while driving value for Vevo
Forecast and track sales performance, including pacing, pipeline health, and revenue reporting
This describes you
You have established relationships with West Coast-based agencies and client-side teams with a focus on the Pacific Northwest region
Ability to lead, collaborate, and work autonomously in a dynamic start-up team environment with a positive demeanor
Problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions, and exercise judgment
Ability to analyze clients' business marketing objectives, brand or ROI goals, media buying cycles, metrics for success, etc.
Proven capacity to utilize analytics to drive campaign optimization
Organized and proactive in staying ahead of business needs
Demonstrate leadership skills and enjoy mentoring junior colleagues to help develop their careers
Requirements
7+ years of digital or linear TV sales experience, with strong knowledge of online video and mobile advertising
Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships and closing high-value deals
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Familiarity with measurement tools (DAR, iSpot, DISQO) and key performance metrics
Understanding of viewability, data tagging, and campaign optimization strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

The pay range for this position is: $120,000-$140,000 per year. This is a full-time position that supports our West Coast Sales team. Vevo operates in a hybrid work model and requires all employees, who have not been designated as "remote" to be in the office/studio a minimum of 3 days a week.
