The team covers a wide range of technical fields, including deep learning, computer vision, graphics, speech, shooting and editing, special effects, client and server engineering, and provides cutting-edge content understanding, content creation, interactive experience, and consumption capabilities to other business lines and external partners. Responsibilities
Conduct cutting-edge research and development in computer vision and machine learning, especially in the areas of generative AI (e.g., image, video, or 3D generation). Transfer advanced technologies to TikTok and other products. Explore new products with artificial intelligence technology at its core. We are looking for graduates to join our team in 2026. Minimum Qualifications
Final year Ph.D. or recent Ph.D. graduates in Computer Science or related engineering field. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills. Highly competent in algorithms and programming; strong coding skills in Python/C++. Preferred Qualifications
Multimodal generation (text-to-image/video/3D generation and editing) and related multimodal experiences. Experience with image generation, video generation, and 3D generation. Knowledge of diffusion models, GANs, transformers for generation tasks. Experience with large-scale training, RLHF, and generative AI. Publications in top-tier venues (CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, SIGGRAPH, SIGGRAPH Asia) are preferred. Benefits
