As an Apartments.com Regional Director, you will be responsible for the development and successful delivery of growth objectives for multifamily marketing and Apartments.com Market Analytics in your region. The RD grows and develops the region’s revenues by selling new advertising and info subscriptions to new customers, growing existing customer revenues through up/cross-sell of CoStar services, and ensuring high levels of customer service and renewal rates. The RD will manage Sales Associates who focus on growing new and existing customer business, driving product usage and adoption, and maintaining strong customer relationships. All new Regional Directors receive extensive classroom and field training to build market credibility and achieve career success. You will learn marketable skills in digital marketing and sales through collaboration with internal experts, product marketing and product management specialists. Responsibilities

Attract, hire, motivate, and develop high-impact salespeople capable of meeting/exceeding sales quotas Spend 3-4 days per week in the field on sales calls with their salespeople and provide coaching to enhance sales effectiveness Identify, prioritize, and win new client relationships while growing and retaining current clients; become familiar with major accounts in the market Monitor sales performance and ensure required activity levels and client relationships to meet business targets Manage weekly activities, including attendance at meetings and use of the Enterprise CRM for sales activities and pipelines Establish individual and team performance targets aligned with business goals; address performance issues and staffing as needed Develop and mentor all team members Ensure CoStar Group culture and values are adopted by the team Basic Qualifications

Five or more years of experience in a front-line sales leadership role, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry Three or more years of experience directly managing a team of 5+ employees, including attracting, hiring, training and developing a high-performing sales team Experience managing a book of business with >$1 million annual revenue Experience in a highly transactional, consultative, fast-paced sales environment with a short sales cycle Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record check prior to start Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University/College or a minimum of four years of Multifamily, Digital Marketing experience Preferred Qualifications And Skills

Proven track record of mentoring and coaching sales teams to achieve potential Experience leading a sales team with a strong focus on customer service Ability to grow a sales territory through new client acquisition and existing account growth, consistently exceeding targets Ability to build long-term relationships with clients at all levels Strong internal and external relationship-building skills, including with C-suite and sales channels Ability to retain top producers and address underperformers Flexibility to adapt in a high-growth company What’s in it for you?
