Work a full-cycle recruiting process for our Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams Collaborate with other recruiting team members to meet hiring demand Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and team goals Candidate prospecting Conducting and coordinating interviews Closing prospective employees Demonstrate creativity and tenacity to engage top talent Provide an outstanding candidate experience Report, analyze, and optimize key hiring funnel metrics to improve the process Ad hoc projects Qualifications
7+ years of recruiting experience with at least one year of full-cycle recruiting, preferably in-house Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Success, & Business Operations Strategic thinker with the ability to provide on-the-ground help to close candidates Proven track record of creative sourcing methods Metrics-driven problem solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data at all levels Highly organized with attention to detail and pipeline hygiene Self-driven and capable of working autonomously in a startup environment Located in the SF Bay Area and able to commute to the SF office 2x a week About Linqia / EEO
