Sales Executive
to support a cutting edge Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems organization based in
McLean, VA . The
Sales Executive
will be responsible for driving sales growth across the Public Safety Sector, including State and Local Law Enforcement and critical infrastructure.
This role is on-site in McLean, VA!
Responsibilities
Lead the full sales cycle for the C-UAS product within Public Safety markets
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
Build and maintain relationships with Law Enforcement agencies, municipalities, and private security firms
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, demos, and customer events
Manage and forecast sales pipeline using CRM and sales management tools
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and proposals
Maintain deep product knowledge and effectively communicate solutions to customers
Foster a customer-centric approach in all sales activities
Travel frequently (~50%) for customer engagements and demonstrations
Participate in outdoor demos, including equipment setup and transport
Qualifications
Proven success in Public Safety sales, especially with commercial hardware/software solutions
Strong network within State and Local Law Enforcement and private security sectors
Experience selling to security firms, public safety agencies, and commercial venues
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead client engagements
Ability to work independently, prioritize efforts, and adapt quickly
Willingness to travel frequently and participate in outdoor demos
Compensation Salary:
$160,000 - $170,000 + Commission (OTE $250,000+)
