Tax Director
to lead and elevate our tax practice. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with substantial growth potential and the ability to shape the future of the department. Responsibilities
Lead the tax department and manage client service delivery for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts. Oversee, review, and sign off on complex returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and business clients. Develop and implement best practices, workflow efficiencies, and quality-control processes. Mentor, train, and develop junior and mid-level staff to strengthen the team’s capabilities. Serve as a point of contact for clients, nurturing long-term relationships and providing high-level advisory support. Collaborate with firm leadership to set strategy, drive growth, and expand service offerings. Qualifications
CPA license required. 8+ years of tax experience with a proven track record in a public accounting environment, preferably with leadership responsibilities. Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations. Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and grow a department. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. What We Offer
