AI Solutions Marketing Manager - Retail and Manufacturing Verticals. Lenovo Services and Solutions Group (SSG) seeks a motivated and organized AI Vertical Solutions Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team and oversee the development of product marketing assets and demand generation content with our partner NVIDIA. You’ll support the development of content customized to meet the needs of target verticals and key accounts, creating and distributing relevant content for AI solutions with strong industry relevance and impact at the company, solution, vertical, and regional levels. You will contribute to developing the strategic vision for marketing assets and elevating demand generation, requiring the ability to write technically and develop timely, compelling content to engage priority customers. You will also assist in gathering insights integral to the sales methodology and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across global campaigns, product marketing, events, brand, and communications. This role serves as a bridge between Lenovo and NVIDIA to ensure joint objectives translate into high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to development of marketing strategies for the AI vertical solutions category. Partner with offering leads to position new and existing AI vertical solutions and capabilities. Own the content strategy for key accounts in key verticals, understanding business objectives, buyer journeys, and audience needs. Write and produce content across the customer journey from awareness to advocacy. Support other content needs such as speech writing, campaign docs, or thought leadership, showing adaptability while staying rooted in strong writing. Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery. Partner with retail and manufacturing subject matter experts in Lenovo and NVIDIA to produce accurate, insightful, and timely content. Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and audience behavior in each vertical. Collaborate with SEO, social, campaigns, events, and all demand-gen teams to maximize content impact. Partner with sales and customer success to identify content gaps and create assets that support the full customer lifecycle. Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize based on data. Bring creative inspiration to team discussions with campaigns, formats, or platform trends. Engage in client meetings to understand tone, feedback, and context that informs writing. Work with Geo marketing and enablement teams to drive content forward. Track and analyze KPIs for content initiatives. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of experience in marketing content strategy, executive communications, and/or thought leadership in the technology services industry. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cross-functional teams and producing industry-specific content, preferably for retail and/or manufacturing customers. Knowledge of content, digital marketing, and branding best practices. Experience creating content and marketing material focused on AI solutions. Track record of developing and executing innovative vertical campaigns. Experience with agencies, consultancies, or technology alliance partners is a plus. Key Skills
