Secure new business and manage a sales area and sales team independently, often remotely from Kestra\'s main offices. Contact and consult with a variety of clients in a mixture of clinical settings. Manage and lead a team of Territory Representatives; oversee field activities and performance. Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Plan, organize, and implement sales programs for the assigned region. Communicate, implement, and monitor Kestra\'s Strategic Plan. Analyze and report on trends observed within the assigned region. Assess Territory Representatives adherence to regional expectations to improve performance. Lead, motivate, and inspire the team through positive leadership by example. Hire, educate, develop, and retain high-performing Territory Representatives. Work in the field an average of 60% (three business days per week) with Territory Managers. Engage with key accounts and build relationships throughout the region in a professional and ethical manner. Ensure region performance objectives, including order counts, booked revenue quotas and profit, are consistently met or exceeded. Contribute to profitability through control of discounts and expenses. Reinforce product positioning and strategy in the field. Communicate openly and share information with others. Adhere to the

Education/Experience Required: Bachelor\'s degree Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in medical equipment sales management Demonstrated strong business acumen Sales model coaching experience (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid driver\'s license in state of residence with a good driving record Ability to consistently work remotely Must reside in the assigned Region Must be able to achieve credentialing for hospital system entry including, but not limited to: Documentation of vaccination and immunization status Pass background check Pass drug screening testing Review and agree to hospital policies and procedures Completion of online courses, e.g., HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens and Electrical/Fire Safety Preferred: Knowledge of MS Office Experience with MS Teams Supervisory responsibilities
Directly supervise Territory Managers including conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and helping to set professional development goals Work environment
