Base pay range: $99,461.00/yr – $128,329.00/yr Pay level for this position: $99,461.00–$128,329.00. Salary is commensurate with base, locality, and availability pay. Job Description
The position advertised has been exempted from the federal civilian hiring freeze. Responsibilities include applying military and law enforcement expertise to investigations and national security matters, and collaborating with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international law enforcement agencies. Major duties include planning and conducting investigations of potential violations of federal laws, cybersecurity, and public safety; exercising judgment and resourcefulness in investigative demands; maintaining effective liaison relationships across agencies; and maintaining the physical fitness required to perform law enforcement duties. Key requirements Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance. Must be willing to travel as required. Must meet the FBI’s Employment Eligibility requirements. Education Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or higher from a U.S. accredited college or university.
