Director of Rehab
to coordinate and integrate care, supporting the RM, RVP, and Operations Team. Responsibilities
Coordinate and integrate care by serving as a liaison between Functional Pathways, the facility, and rehab staff. Support the efficient operation of the facility rehab department. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate and timely documentation. Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities. Provide comprehensive leadership to rehab staff and supervise operations as needed. Qualifications
Must have an Associate degree (PTA or COTA) or a Bachelor's degree (PT, OT or SLP) of Science from an accredited OT/PT program, or a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology. Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations; active state license. Two years of clinical experience preferred, with experience in geriatric care; management experience in the skilled setting is preferred. Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; competence in maintaining documentation. Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities. Employment type
