Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and implement strategic solutions to challenges that arise. Prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Inspire a culture of excellence and professionalism on-site and contribute to successful project completion. Collaborate with the team to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to guide teams and interact with clients and stakeholders. Solid understanding of construction processes and project management principles. Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Attention to detail and compliance with safety regulations. Adaptability, resilience, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills for managing subcontractor relationships. Commitment to excellence and integrity in project delivery.
