This site features a certified Level IV Epilepsy Center and is a hub for the New Jersey Stroke Network and a regional leader in neuroscience care through the Atlantic Neuroscience Institute. Also on campus is The Gerald J. Glasser Brain Tumor Center, where medical experts are performing some of the brain tumor surgeries in New Jersey.

Responsibilities
Assist in directing and coordinating activities in the Anesthesia Department
Provide medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other procedures
Pre-anesthesia assessment
Obtain and/or verify patient consent
Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient; manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitor the patient\'s physiological condition
Perform clinical interventions as needed
Qualifications
M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine
ECFMG and FLEX
Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
Currently licensed as a physician
