Minimum Qualifications
Medical degree (M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent)
Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
Licensed or eligible for license in Pennsylvania
Completion of an accredited residency
Board eligible or certified by an appropriate specialty board
