Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) - COPC - Hilliard Family Medicine. This COPC practice is an outpatient clinic located at 3958 Leap Road, Suite 101, Hilliard, Ohio 43026. The practice is open 5 days a week (Mon–Fri) and supports a large, busy patient panel with team members including several medical assistants and patient service representatives. The COPC network is a physician-owned primary care group focused on high-quality preventive and chronic care, health education, and patient-centered care. COPC has its own Lab, radiology services, vaccine repository, Care Navigation team, Same Day Centers & Pediatric Support Centers, and a Hospitalist Team. The practice uses EPIC for electronic health records.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care for an outpatient population, with emphasis on health education, disease prevention, and chronic disease management. Collaborate with a team of six family physicians and two advanced practice providers, supported by medical assistants and patient service representatives. Participate in patient care within a busy clinic environment and coordinate with COPC ancillary services and hospital-based teams as needed. Engage with patients across all ages in alignment with COPC’s model of high-quality, cost-effective care.

Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). Completed a three-year Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency. Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics. Third year residents are welcome to apply. Please note: This is not a H-1B or J-1 visa opportunity.
